Question 1

Do I need a car for my stay?

Accepted Answer

No. Thanks to our central location, you can easily walk to everything Sayulita has to offer—from restaurants and shops to the main beach, just two blocks away. A car is only recommended if you plan to explore destinations outside Sayulita.

Question 2

Do you welcome children?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our villa is designed to accommodate families with children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers. Our central location makes it especially convenient for families to enjoy Sayulita on foot. For everyone’s safety, adult supervision is required at all times when children are using the rooftop pool.

Question 3

Is this a traditional villa?

Accepted Answer

No. Beach Break Suites is an entire building featuring five private suites on 3 levels, each with its own kitchen, separate bedroom, living area, and private balcony.
The building includes four one-bedroom suites and one studio suite, allowing groups of up to 14 guests to stay together while enjoying the privacy of their own suite. Our private rooftop & pool on 3rd level provides the perfect shared space for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying time together.

Question 4

Who is this villa designed for?

Accepted Answer

Beach Break Suites is designed for groups of all kinds—surf groups, large families, couples traveling together, bachelor parties, yoga retreats, and friends looking to experience Sayulita together.
Located right in the heart of Sayulita, you can enjoy the town without having to navigate steep hills. Restaurants, shops, the beach, nightlife, and everything that makes Sayulita special are right outside your door.
Please note: Beach Break Suites is not wheelchair accessible and is not equipped with an elevator, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
Stay together. Stay private. Stay in the heart of Sayulita.

Question 5

Is it noisy to stay in the center of Sayulita?

Accepted Answer

Sayulita’s center comes alive, especially during holidays and weekends, so light sleepers may notice some of the town’s energy at night. We’ve installed European-style PVC windows for improved sound insulation, and all bedrooms are positioned toward the back of each suite for added privacy and quiet.
In our opinion, the convenience of being in the heart of Sayulita more than makes up for the occasional sounds of the town. For light sleepers, a simple pair of earplugs is usually all it takes to enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep.
The alternative? Staying up in the Sayulita Hills, where you might trade the nightlife for barking dogs, a rooster announcing sunrise at 6 a.m., more walking, or spending extra on a golf cart to get around—a little more of the authentic Mexican morning soundtrack. 🇲🇽
We’ll take the tacos, cocktails, and walk-to-the-beach location !
